How to use me

Use twice a day; to kick-start your morning and at night to wash off the day.

Add a small dollop (a little goes a long way) to damp skin and work into a bubbly, soothing lather. Thoroughly rinse and follow with My Skin Feels Moisturised for skin that feels as good as new.

FAQ

Is this suitable for all skin types?

Yes! Our Fruity Foamy Face Wash is gentle enough for dry and sensitive skin, but powerful enough for oily, combination and breakout-prone skin too. The unique jelly-to-foam formula cleanses thoroughly without stripping or upsetting your skin barrier.

Is it safe for sensitive and eczema-prone skin?

It's been dermatologically tested for sensitive skin and is free from parabens, fragrance, alcohol, SLS/SLES and silicones. The fermented rescued oats inside are postbiotic-rich and microbiome-balancing, helping calm redness, soothe irritation and support reactive skin. As with any new skincare, we recommend a quick patch test first, just to make sure your skin is happy.

Does it remove makeup and SPF?

Yes our fruity wash is amazing at getting rid of makeup, sweat dirt and pollution in one wash thanks to its unique gel-to-foam texture.

Will it dry out my skin?

No - and that's exactly why we made it! Our jelly-to-foam formula uses a coconut derived base and is soap free so it does not strip your skin. It is also sulphate-free and packed with skin-loving fermented oats, mandarin and tomato by-products that cleanse deeply while leaving skin soft, calm and never tight.

What is the pH of the Fruity Foamy Face Wash?

Our Fruity Foamy Face Wash has a pH of 5.45 - perfectly aligned with your skin's natural pH (around 4.5-5.5). This is exactly why it cleanses thoroughly without disrupting your skin barrier, leaving skin balanced, calm and never tight.

How often should I use it, and when?

Use morning and night for clean, balanced, glowing skin. A pea-sized amount is plenty - massage into damp skin for 30-60 seconds, work into a bubbly lather, rinse with warm (not hot) water, then follow with My Skin Feels Moisturised. Ta-dah!

Can I use it as part of a double cleanse?

Honestly? Our Fruity Foamy Face Wash was designed to do the job in one. But if double cleansing is your thing, it's a brilliant second step after an oil or balm cleanser - the fermented oats calm andbalance the skin while the natural foam lifts away any last traces of makeup, SPF or grime.

Is it gluten-free, vegan and cruelty-free?

All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free - always. While oats are naturally gluten-free, the rescued breakfast oats we use can come into contact with gluten-containing grains during growing and processing, so we can't guarantee our products are fully gluten-free. If you have coeliac disease or a known gluten allergy, we'd recommend patch-testing first.

Can I use it during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes - at over 99% natural and free from harsh synthetics, parabens, SLS/SLES, silicones and endocrine disruptors, our face wash is a lovely gentle choice for pregnancy and breastfeeding. As always, we recommend running the full ingredient list past your GP or midwife if you have any concerns.

Can my kids or teens use it?

Yes - it's gentle, balancing and a great option for teens dealing with breakouts, hormonal skin or sensitivity. For younger children, we'd always recommend checking with a paediatrician or GP first.

What does it smell like?

Fresh, fruity and uplifting -  with subtle citrus notes thanks to a blend of natural mood-boosting essential oils. We will never use synthetic fragrances or perfumes in our products. Plus we only use the teeniest, tiniest amount so it's super safe for the most sensitive of skin. Definitely not a whiff of ketchup!

How long does one tube last?

A 125ml bottle typically lasts 6-8 months with twice-daily use. Yes…absolutely ages. A pea-sized amount is all you need - it foams up beautifully and a little really goes a long way!
