Whilst our products are over 99% natural and have been dermatologically tested for sensitive and eczema-prone skin, we cannot guarantee that our products will suit everyone's skin. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns before ordering.

We have a 14 day returns policy. For hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns on unopened orders and unused items. Returns are made at the cost of the customer.

Uncollected / undelivered items from Royal Mail will need to be returned to us before we can process a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
