Yes we do. Please note that orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis.

UK postage is via Royal Mail and is the following.

• £2.99 tracked 48-hour delivery
• £4.99 Tracked 24-hour delivery

Prices differ for the EU and the USA and vary dependant on country and weight. Please note cut off time for tracked 48 and 24 hour delivery is 1pm on Friday. Orders will not be sent out over the weekend.

Please note we have a 30-day return policy. We are only able to accept returns on unopened and unused items.

Uncollected / unsigned for items from Royal Mail will need to be returned to us before we can process a refund.

We use Royal Mail to ship our orders to you. There is both a 24-hour tracked and a 48-hour tracked option at the checkout. If you have not received your order in the allocated time, please let us know and we will track it down for you.

We don't directly purchase or use palm oil in our products and we do our very best to avoid it. However, some ingredients may contain small amounts of derivatives. In this case, they are RSPO MB certified sustainable. You can find out more here.

Our products contain organic ingredients where they could be certified. A lot of our ingredients have come from organic sources, but because the rescued food process is still new to the market they have not yet been certified organic.

Our breakfast oats, orange juice and olive oil ingredients are from organic sources.

We are hoping to increase the amount of organic ingredients we use and to encourage the certifying body to recognise rescued food waste as organic where suitable.

Yes, they are 100% vegan.

Yes, both products have been dermatologically tested and are suitable for sensitive skin.

Yes the oats we use in our products are certified gluten free.

Both products are dermatologically tested for sensitive skin, but our Healthy Hydrating Moisturiser has been additionally tested and is suitable for eczema prone skin too. You can find out more about how it works here...

Our first two products are designed to be used on your face but if you love them, by all means use them on your body too. Watch this space for body products coming soon.

Both of our products are over 99% natural and dermatologically tested for sensitive and eczema-prone skin so super safe for the most sensitive of skin. Legally we advise that our products be used on children over the age of 3.

Absolutely not. We are big animal lovers and we’re strongly against animal cruelty of any kind.

Not currently. It’s hard to make a good quality, ocean-friendly, natural SPF but watch this space!

They are naturally fragranced with our uplifting essential oil blend. We will never use synthetic fragrances or perfumes in our products. Plus we only use the teeniest, tiniest amount so it's super safe for the most sensitive of skin.

We always recommend doing a patch test if you are worried about allergies. The best way to do this is to find us at one of our many events (follow us on social media to stay in the loop) or to order a sample pack of products (coming soon).

When we launched My Skin Feels, using rescued food was a new innovation, so the only available place to source it from was Italy. As you may know, Italy is the home of amazing food, plus all the sunshine means we get loads more antioxidants in our products!

However, we're working on bringing our food sourcing a little closer to home and our next product includes a waste ingredient from British farming. This is something we will continue to expand on as we grow.

All of our cardboard boxes, stickers, tape and postcards can go straight into the recycling bin.

To recycle our products:

• Finish your products
• Unscrew the plastic cap from the aluminium tube
• Pop both items separately in your recycling bin

If you're unsure how to recycle the plastic caps, you can send them back to us and we will recycle them for you. Plus, send us a picture of your receipt and we will knock it off the price of your next order.
